2nd OFFERING
ROUND 1: TRACT 1 (HOME TRACT) to be offered individually BY THE TRACT.
ROUND 2: TRACT 2, TRACT 3, TRACT 4, TRACT 5, TRACT 6 & TRACT 7 to be offered BY THE TRACT utilizing the ‘PICK & CHOOSE’ auction method.
The highest bidder will have the priority to select the tract, or contiguous tracts desired at that price per tract.
This process will continue until all 6 tracts have been selected in this round.
ROUND 3: TRACT 8 & TRACT 9 to be offered BY THE ACRE utilizing the ‘PICK & CHOOSE‘ auction method.
The highest bidder will have the priority to select Tract 8, or Tract 9, or both tracts at that price per acre.
This process will continue until both tracts have been selected in this round.
