2nd OFFERING – ROUND 1:TRACT 1 & TRACT 2 to be offered BY THE TRACT utilizing the ‘pick & choose’ auction method. The highest bidder will have the priority to select TRACT 1, TRACT 2, or both tracts at that price per tract. If only one tract is chosen, the other tract will be offered at auction to the highest bidder.
2nd OFFERING – ROUND 2: TRACT 3 to be offered individually BY THE TRACT.
