The highest bidder for a tract will have the priority to select Tract 2, Tract 3, or Tract 4, or any combination of those tracts, at that price per tract.
This process will continue until all 3 tracts have been selected in this offering

* A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final sales and purchase price.

* Any Purchaser of a real estate tract will pay a 20% deposit of the final sales and purchase price the day of the auction.
The balance will be due on or before December 9, 2024.

* The 2024 Real Estate Property Taxes to be paid by the Sellers.
