* There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to all winning bids to determine the final sales and purchase price.
* On any item not specifically excluded under the definition of Farm Machinery & Agricultural Items, 6% Kentucky State Sales Tax will be added to the final sales and purchase price.
* Payment in full is due the day of the auction.
We will accept cash or a good personal check.

* We will have staff available after the auction to help load your items!
